- Vegas Golden Knights acquire goaltender Jonathan Quick from the Columbus Blue Jackets in exchange for goaltender Michael Hutchinson and a seventh-round pick in the 2025 NHL Draft.


- Columbus Blue Jackets have acquired goaltender Jon Gillies from the Arizona Coyotes in exchange for forward Jakub Voracek and a sixth-round pick in the 2023 NHL Draft.


- Boston Bruins acquire forward Tyler Bertuzzi from the Detroit Red Wings in exchange for a conditional first-round pick in the 2024 NHL Draft and a fourth-round pick in the 2025 NHL Draft.



MARCH 1:


- Pittsburgh Penguins acquire forward Mikael Granlund from the Nashville Predators in exchange for a second-round pick in the 2023 NHL Draft.


- San Jose Sharks acquire forward Vladislav Namestnikov from the Tampa Bay Lighting in exchange for forward Michael Eyssimont.


- Vegas Golden Knights acquire forward Teddy Blueger from the Pittsburgh Penguins in exchange for defenseman Peter DiLiberatore and a third-round pick in the 2024 NHL Draft.


- Los Angeles Kings aqcuire unsigned draft rights to goaltender Erik Portillo from the Buffalo Sabres in exchange for a third-round pick in the 2023 NHL Draft.


- Ottawa Senators acquire defenseman Jakob Cychrun from the Arizona Coyotes in exchange for a first-round pick in the 2023 NHL Draft, a second-round pick in the 2024 NHL Draft and a second-round pick in the 2026 NHL Draft.


- Vancouver Canucks acquire defenseman Filip Hronek and a fourth-round pick in the 2023 NHL draft from Detroit Red Wings in exchange for a conditional first-round pick (Islanders) and a second-round pick in the 2023 NHL Draft.


- Carolina Hurricanes acquire defenseman Shayne Gostisbehere from the Arizona Coyotes in exchange for a 2026 third-round pick in the NHL Draft.


- Colorado Avalanche acquire forward Lars Eller from the Washington Capitals in exchange for a second-round pick in the 2025 NHL Draft.


- Columbus Blue Jackets acquire goalie Jonathan Quick, a conditional first-round pick in the 2023 NHL Draft and a third-round pick in the 2024 NHL Draft from the Los Angeles Kings in exchange for defenseman Vladislav Gavrikov and goalie Joonas Korpisalo.



FEBRUARY 28:


- New York Rangers acquire forward Patrick Kane and defenseman Cooper Zech from the Chicago Blackhawks in a three-team trade that also included the Arizona Coyotes. Blackhawks received defenseman Andy Welinkski, a conditional second-round pick in the 2023 NHL Draft and a fourth-round pick in the 2025 NHL draft from the Rangers and defenseman Vili Saarijarvi from the Coyotes. The Coyotes acquired a third-round pick in the 2025 NHL Draft.

- Chicago will retain 50% of Kane's salary, and Arizona will retain 25%.


- Minnesota Wild acquire Gustav Nyquist from the Columbus Blue Jackets in exchange for a fifth-round pick in the 2023 NHL Draft.


- Nashville PRedators acquire forward Austin Reuschhoff from the New York Rangers in exchange for future considerations.


- Toronto Maple Leafs acquire defenseman Luke Schenn from the New York Rangers in exchange for future considerations.


- New York Islanders acquire Pierre Engvall from the Toronto Maple Leafs in exchange for a third-round pick in the 2024 NHL Draft.


- Washington Capitals acquire defenseman Rasmus Sandin from the Toronto Maple Leafs in exchange for defenseman Erik Gustafsson and a first-round pick in the 2023 NHL Draft.


- Minnesota Wild acquire Marcus Johansson from the Washington Capitals in exchange for a third-round pick in the 2024 NHL Draft.


- San Jose Sharks acquire the rights to unsigned draft choice defenseman Henry Thrun from the Anaheim Ducks in exchange for a third-round pick in the 2024 NHL Draft.


- Carolina Hurricanes acquire Jesse Puljujarvi from the Edmonton Oilers in exchange for the rights to unsigned draft choice forward Patrik Puistola.



FEBRUARY 27:


- Buffalo Sabres acquire defenseman Riley Stillman from the Vancouver Canucks in exchange for forward Josh Bloom.


- Chicago Blackhawks have acquired forward Joey Anderson, forward Pavel Gogolev, a conditional first-round pick in the 2025 NHL Draft and a second-round pick in the 2026 NHL Draft from Toronto Maple Leafs in exchange for defenseman Jake McCabe, forward Sam Lafferty, a conditional fifth-round pick in the 2024 NHL Draft and a conditional fifth-round pick in the 2025 NHL Draft.

- Chicago will retain 50% of McCabe's salary.



FEBRUARY 26:


- Nashville Predators acquire forward Isaac Ratcliffe from the Philadelphia Flyers in exchange for future considerations.


- Tampa Bay Lightning acquire forward Tanner Jeannot from the Nashville Predators in exchange for defenseman Cal Foote, a conditional first-round pick in the 2025 NHL Draft, a second-round pick in the 2024 NHL Draft and third-, fourth-, and fifth-round picks in the 2023 NHL Draft.


- New Jersey Devils acquire forwards Timo Meier and Timur Ibragimov, defensemen Scott Harrignton and Santeri Hatakka, goalie Zachary Emond, and a fifth-round pick in the 2024 NHL Draft from San Jose Sharks for forwards Fabian Zetterlund and Andreas Johnsson, defenseman Shakir Mukhamadullin and Nikita Okhotiuk, and a conditional first-round pick in the 2023 NHL Draft, a conditional second-round pick in the 2024 NHL Draft, and a seventh-round pick in the 2024 NHL Draft.

- Sharks will retain 50% of Meier's salary.


- Colorado Avalanche acquire defenseman Jack Johnson from Chicago Blackhawks in exchange for defenseman Andreas Englund.


- Vegas Golden Knights acquire forward Ivan Barbashev from St. Louis Blues in exchange for forward Zach Dean.


- Montreal Canadiens acquire forward Denis Gurianov from Dallas Stars in exchange for Evgeni Dadonov.



FEBRUARY 25:


- Winnipeg Jets acquire forward Nino Niederreiter from Nashville Predators in exchange for a second-round pick in the 2024 NHL Draft.


- Vancouver Canucks acquire forward Vitali Kravtsov from New York Rangers in exchange for forward William Lockwood and a seventh-round pick in the 2026 NHL Draft.


- Boston Bruins acquire forward Shane Bowers from Colorado Avalanche in exchange for goaltender Keith Kinkaid.



FEBRUARY 23:


- Boston Bruins acquire defenseman Dmitry Orlov and forward Garnet Hathaway from Washington Capitals in three-team trade that also included the Minnesota Wild. Bruins also acquire forward prospect Andrei Svetlakov from Wild; and Capitals acquire forward Craig Smith, first-round pick in 2023 NHL Draft, third-round pick in 2024 NHL Draft and second-round pick in 2025 NHL Draft; and Wild acquire fifth-round pick in 2023 NHL Draft from Bruins.

- Washington retained 50% of Orlov's salary, Minnesota retained 25%.


- Anaheim Ducks acquire forward Josiah Slavin from the Chicago Blackhawks in exchange for forward Hunter Drew.



FEBRUARY 22:


- Chicago Blackhawks acquire defenseman Nikita Zaitsev, a 2n-round pick in the 2023 NHL Draft, and a second-round pick in the 2026 NHL Draft from the Ottawa Senators in exchange for future considerations.


- Arizona Coyotes acquire defenseman Shea Weber and a fifth-round pick in the 2023 NHL Draft from the Vegas Golden Knights in exchange for defenseman Dysin Mayo.



FEBRUARY 19:


- New York Rangers acquire forward Tyler Motte from Ottawa Senators in exchange for forward Julien Gauthier and a conditional seventh-round pick in the 2023 NHL Draft.



FEBRUARY 17:


- Toronto Maple Leafs acquire forward Ryan O'Reilly, Noel Acciari in 3-team deal with St. Louis Blues and Minnesota Wild; Blues acquire Mikhail Abramov, Adam Gaudette, first-roun pick in 2023 NHL Draft (Maple Leafs), third-round pick in the 2023 NHL Draft (Senators), second-round pick in 2024 NHL Draft (Maple Leafs), and the Wild acquire fourth-round pick in the 2025 NHL Draft (Maple Leafs).

- St. Louis will retain 50% of O'Reilly's salary, Minnesota will retain 25%.



FEBRUARY 9:


- New York Rangers acquire forward Vladimir Tarasenko, defenseman Niko Mikkola from St. Louis Blues in exchange for forward Sammy Blais, defenseman Hunter Skinner, conditional draft picks.

- St. Louis will retain 50% of Tarasenko's salary.



FEBRUARY 5:


- Seattle Kraken acquire defenseman Jaycob Megna from San Jose Sharks in exchange for fourth-round pick in 2023 NHL Draft.



JANUARY 30:


- New York Islanders acquire forward Bo Horvat from Vancouver Canucks in exchange for forwards Anthony Beauvillier and Aatu Raty and a conditional first-round pick in 2023 NHL Draft.

- Vancouver will retain 25% of Horvat's salary.



JANUARY 25:


- Colorado Avalanche acquire forward Matt Nieto and defenseman Ryan Merkley from San Jose Sharks in exchange for forward Martin Kaut and defenseman Jacob MacDonald.
